The ‘Porous Mosaic’ is a Cartesian pattern created by the staggering of indoor and outdoor spaces. The pattern is laid along the entire neighbourhood adapting to the topography, boundaries and roads. The interplay of built homes, vegetation and inhabited levels give the neighborhood a cohesive, articulated and dynamic character. Most of the built program is pushed to the egdes of the parcel, leaving the center space open. A sequence of large common spaces, privileged by privacy and views, inhabit the center of each lot. The pools stagger from front to back in adjoining properties.
