The principal design strategy is to hide a maximum amount of built volume inside the earth to make the smallest possible impact on the site.

Rural Rooms: located inside the existing terraces of the cultivated landscape.

Urban Rooms: the urban pattern is transcribed on the upper part of the plot, so as to create
a natural extension to it.

Scholarcheion: The building will be restored to its original condition and the old classrooms
will house a restaurant and a bar. In the level below, one can find an exhibition space and
conference centre with sweeping views to the landscape.
